Insurance

What I accept and
what to check.

I am currently in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna and United Healthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so please verify your specific benefits before reaching out.

To check your coverage, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about outpatient mental health benefits.

EMDR Intensives are private pay only and are not covered by insurance.

Out-of-network benefits

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get partial reimbursement through your insurance
I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with billing codes — for you to submit to your insurer directly
To check your out-of-network benefits, call member services and ask about your out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rate for outpatient mental health
Reimbursement is handled between you and your insurance company directly
