I am currently in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna and United Healthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so please verify your specific benefits before reaching out.
To check your coverage, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about outpatient mental health benefits.
EMDR Intensives are an elective, non-covered service. They are not billed to insurance and cannot be submitted for reimbursement or applied toward your deductible.
