Virtual Therapy

All appointments are held through a secure and easy-to-use video platform. 


Insurance

It is the client's responsibility to know their insurance plan/coverage. I encourage clients to confirm their insurance coverage prior to making an appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment. Please direct any insurance coverage and benefit questions to your health insurance carrier.

In-Network

I am an in-network provider with the following insurance providers: 

BHS  

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Carefirst

Cigna

Maryland Medical Assistance (Medicaid)


Out-of-Network

I am currently an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers.

Superbills are available, which you can submit for possible reimbursement with your insurance company. 

Fees and Payment


Consultation (20mins) - FREE


Intake Appointment (60 minutes) - $180


Individual Sessions (50-55 minutes) - $140



Forms of Payment

Payment is due at time of service. All major credit/debit cards, including FSA and HSA cards are accepted. A credit/debit card is needed to be kept on file, via a secure and HIPAA-compliant payment system. 



No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.


Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the session start time, will be subject to a charge. Missed appointments are also be subject to this fee.

During the consultation, we will get to briefly know each other and can discuss what brings you to therapy. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about what therapy with me will look like. Once we both decide that we are a good fit, we can schedule your first individual session. 

Before your first session, you will receive an email which will direct you to the Client Portal to complete some initial forms. This should take you 10-20 minutes to complete. 24 hours prior to your first session, you will receive an email with the link for your individual session. This is through a secure, HIPAA compliant platform. You can participate in this session from any smartphone, laptop, computer, or tablet.

I am available to you every step of the way via email, phone or through the Client Portal.
