Does this sound familiar?
You're managing. But it's exhausting.
How I Can Help
Three ways to work together
EMDR Intensives
More progress.
Less waiting.
Weekly therapy has a natural pace and that works well for a lot of people. But if you want to make meaningful progress on something specific without waiting months, an intensive gives you a longer, uninterrupted window to do that.
You warm up once, stay in the work, and actually move through things. Breaks are built in throughout and nothing gets left unfinished. Most people leave feeling like they covered months of work in a day or two.
Sessions start at 3 hours. You choose the length that makes sense for what you are working on.
Every intensive includes
Elective, non-covered service. Not billed to insurance.
About Alex
Alexandra Roe,
LCPC, NCC, CCTP
Licensed Therapist · EMDR Certified & Approved Consultant in Training · Board Approved Supervisor
I became a therapist because I believe people can genuinely change. Not just cope better or manage symptoms, but actually feel different in their bodies and their lives. EMDR is the approach I keep coming back to because I've watched it work when other things haven't.
My approach is warm and direct. I will call things out when I see them, and I will also make sure you feel supported when things get hard.
