For Therapists
Good clinical support
makes you a better therapist.
Growing your EMDR practice takes more than completing a training. It takes a consultant who gives you real feedback, helps you think through hard cases, and supports you in building genuine confidence with the work.
Who this is for
You've done the training.
Now what?
You finished your EMDR basic training, you're using it with clients, and you're running into questions. Maybe processing stalls and you're not sure what to do. Maybe you have a complex client and you want a second set of eyes. Maybe you're working toward certification and need your consultation hours.
That's exactly what this is for. I offer individual consultation for therapists who want honest, structured support as they develop their EMDR practice.
This is a good fit if you...

Working with dissociation, attachment trauma, and clients who need more preparation before processing.
Preparation Phase
Making sure your clients are actually ready before you start processing, and knowing when to slow down.
Board Approved Supervision
For LGPCs working toward
licensure in Maryland.
I am a board-approved supervisor in Maryland. If you are a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor working toward your LCPC, I can provide the supervision hours you need.
Supervision with me is honest and growth-focused. I take your development seriously and I'll help you build clinical skills that actually transfer to your work with clients, not just get you through the paperwork.
What supervision includes
Common Questions
Things people ask before reaching out.
Do I need to be working toward EMDRIA certification to work with you?
No. If you've completed basic training and want support developing your clinical skills, that's enough. You don't have to be on any particular certification track.
What if I'm still pretty new to EMDR?
That's actually a great time to start consultation. Getting good feedback early helps you build solid habits from the beginning rather than having to unlearn things later.
How is consultation different from supervision?
Supervision is for pre-licensed clinicians and involves clinical oversight and documentation of hours toward licensure. Consultation is for licensed therapists and is more of a peer-level clinical discussion focused on skill development and case support.
