All sessions are conducted virtually via secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensives offer focused, extended trauma processing in a structured format. These private pay sessions are designed for clients who want meaningful progress without the limitations of weekly therapy. Each intensive includes preparation, guided processing, and a personalized post-intensive integration plan. Learn more about intensives here.

3-Hour Focus Intensive – $600

Targeted processing for a specific memory, event, or trauma pattern. Ideal as a first intensive or a focused “booster.”

6-Hour Deep Dive – $1,200

A full-day immersive experience designed to process multiple related trauma targets and create measurable progress in one extended session.

Two-Day Trauma Intensive – $2,400

Comprehensive, in-depth trauma processing over two days (12 total hours). Includes an EMDR Intensive Workbook to support reflection, integration, and continued growth beyond the sessions.

Supervision & Consultation

$90 per 1 hour session

Supervision sessions are available for LGPCs pursuing licensure under Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists and for licensed clinicians seeking case consultation.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service via credit, debit, FSA and HSA cards. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late fee.
